Collaboration of Regional Entities with the Employment Service in the development of job placement activities aimed at targeted groups of people, listed above, will aim at recruiting them in ordinary companies. This contract is the result of a process in which the Beneficiary will frame their actions within the following segments:

Actions companies:

a) Make contact with the business in order to inform, raise awareness and contribute to the employment of the most vulnerable groups of people.

b) to receive jobs by identifying and analyzing the positions to be filled and the required profile.

c) advising the companies or entities in the definition of the jobs offered and staff profiles to cover.

d) Support companies in completing the necessary documentation to process the job.

e) To support the company in the process of matching the person to the job.

f) Record data from the job in the computer system of the Regional Employment Service, and the results management process carried out.

Actions with the unemployed:

g) Identify the candidates registered with the Regional Employment Service to fill the jobs captured.

h) Check the adequacy and availability of candidates.

i) Carry out an individualized plan for employment activities with learners target / as of this Order, aimed at the achievement of recruitment in a decent job and appropriate to their skills and labor.

j) Undertake a process of accompaniment, monitoring and personal support to those who join get a job.

Currently there are 17 centers that perform tasks in support of job placement in a coordinated and complementary to the Employment Office of the Community of Madrid.
Companies in the Region have more and better support services in the recruitment of qualified staff and workers have new resources for incorporation into productive activity.
