There are people who look like they are naturally confident and have high self-esteem. To others this seems an impossible task, something you can never purchase and they convince themselves that this is not their personality...
However, if you've got the courage to pursue your dreams, your goals, you should give the opportunity to learn the techniques that will make you into a confident person. You're not the first person to think that nothing can be done to change their self esteem. But many people are shy, insecure or have low self-esteem, who have learned and applied the different techniques of NLP and transformed themselves into confident individuals.
There are many NLP techniques and exercises to increase your confidence and your self-esteem. In this article I invite you to learn simple steps to help you in these respects.
1-Think of yourself positively
There is a part of your mind that can do wonders in your life. This is your subconscious. The most interesting thing is that this part of your brain does not know the difference between the imagined and real. Take a few minutes a day visualizing your goals or desires, vividly, feeling that event happening, how would you be if you had high self-esteem. Perceiving feelings, colors, smells, as if happening.
For example, visualize yourself in a meeting with your boss and coworkers, talking to everyone, giving a new perspective, speaking with confidence, in a voice loud and clear. Exposing a very good idea. Feel the satisfaction that courses through your body while you talk. Facial expressions displayed in your head, your face approval and pride. Watch what you are wearing, what clothes, what shoes. What do others post? How are you sitting? Do you smell the scent of coffee? Does the chair you're sitting is cold? In this way, your subconscious rather than turn away from this path will help you do and set your mind to get that map you've created, to reality.
2-Write
Your unconscious does not recognize the differences in something you've written, does not disagree if it is real or a dream. Statements written on a sheet in the present tense. Make it a habit of imagining things when they have worked. For example: "I am a confident person," "My workshop was a success. Finished talking and everyone was surprised. My boss approached after the meeting to congratulate me for my contributions. “You can draw a picture or view the whole situation the same way as above.
Imagine their faces, their smiles. If you give a speech describing how you see the audience enjoying what you're saying. You see as much detail as possible.
